The International Tent\u00a0 Pegging Federation\u00a0 (ITPF) announced on Wednesday 27 Oct that\u00a0 Duqm will host the International Tent\u00a0 Pegging Traditional championship\u00a0 from December 2 to\u00a0 4.<\/div>\n

The\u00a0 Chairman\u00a0 of\u00a0 ITPF, Mohammed bin Issa\u00a0 al Fairuz, announced the details of\u00a0 the global championship\u00a0 in a press meet that\u00a0 took\u00a0 place on\u00a0 Wednesday at\u00a0 Intercontinental\u00a0 Hotel\u00a0 in Muscat\u00a0 in presence of\u00a0 Ahmed al Abri, Secretary-General of Oman\u00a0 Equestrian Federation (OEF), Salim al Balushi,\u00a0 Assistant Secretary-General of\u00a0 ITPF, and Hussain al Fairuz, in charge\u00a0 of youth activities.<\/div>\n

The chief of\u00a0 ITPF said that\u00a0 the event will witness participation of\u00a0 many\u00a0 riders representing\u00a0 20 countries including:<\/div>\n
Saudi Arabia, UAE,\u00a0 Qatar, Malaysia, Iraq, Yemen, UK, Germany,\u00a0 Norway,Iran, Russia, Pakistan, Canada,Jordan, USA, Sudan, Palestine, Syria, South Africa and the hosts Oman.<\/div>\n
